Overview:A leading and fast growing Northern California nut processor is looking to add a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to its growing finance department. This position will play an integral role in the overall Financial Planning and Analysis function of the organization as it continues to grow.Key Responsibilities:Oversees financial analysis, reporting and budgeting activities for the organization. - Develops financial models, analyzes financial data, creates financial reports, manages budgets with departmental managers and optimizes corporate financial performance. - Collaborates cross functionally to refine priorities and drive continual performance improvement. Owns the operation of the Company Sales and Operations Planning Cycle (S&OP), working with other stakeholders to identify and evaluate future challenges and present proposed solutions to senior management.Key Duties:

• Establish an annual planning and budgeting cadence.
• Build budgeting and reporting models at departmental and corporate levels.
• Provide monthly and annual reporting to internal and external parties
• Support Sales and Operations (S&OP) processes as a process owner.
• Perform periodic and ad-hoc analysis of existing and proposed business operations.
• Evaluate corporate financing arrangements to optimize shareholder returns.
• Collaborate with Accounting team to refine ERP structure and improve data accuracy, granularity and reporting efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional accounting experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional financial planning and analysis experience
  • Knowledge of U.S. General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), best practices, basic accounting terminology and concepts.
  • Experience working with computerized accounting systems and mastery of financial modeling tools
  • Experience developing financial models in a professional manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, team and organizational skills. -
