Job Description:

Adecco is currently recruiting for professionals with experience in Receivables in Butte County. Some of the duties include:

Responsibilities:

Review credit applications for all new accounts. Check credit, references and set credit limit and terms decision based on results.

Maintain copies of all credit applications in the credit application file. Obtain and file resale certificates from all CA and PA accounts.

Monitor customer accounts receivable balances to identify deteriorating aging and/or credit limit issues.

Process accounts payable, bank reconciliations, journal entries & payroll.

Communicate with customers to collect past due balances. Update system cash collection call notes with a summary of all collection calls made.

Adjust credit and terms in the system on improving or deteriorating customers based upon payment history and other credit sources. Inform customer service and sales staff of any changes made.

Maintain professional in appearance and demeanor, being able to communicate effectively on behalf of the company.

The pay rate starts between $14-15: the work schedule is M-F 8am-12pm.
