Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse inventory in company systems. Perform routine and cycle counts; identify and investigate discrepancies. Prepare and update inventory reports for management review. Support inventory audits and documentation. Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. Operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed to move or organize stock. Follow safety protocols and help enforce warehouse safety policies. Provide administrative support to the Distribution Supervisor and related departments. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory management systems). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
