The Online Marketing Intern for the Data and Identity Data Guru team plays a key role in assisting clients with their targeting needs. In this role, you will support these teams by replying to inbound requests from brands, agencies and internal teams for recommendations for online campaigns. You will also demonstrate our online tools, create segments for distribution to digital publishers, and troubleshoot issues. You will clearly present via email or phone basic information regarding how Acxiom data is built, sourced, and differentiators in the marketplace. Role expectations: - The internship will begin in May 2022, and will extend through December 2022 - You will work on-site in Conway, Arkansas for the duration of the internship - 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester - Anticipated graduation date no sooner than December 2022 - Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status) What you will do: - Respond to inbound requests via email - Consult with agencies and brands about their digital marketing goals, plans, personas and recommend Acxiom data that best fits their campaign needs. - Recommend target audiences aligned with client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - Develop custom target audiences based on information provided - Demo Acxiom's online distribution and count tool, Audience Cloud - Develop bespoke models for clients using automated tools - Become fluent in the digital eco-system, including major players (Facebook, Amazon, Google, Spotify, etc.), integrations, how it works, etc. - Enter information into SalesForce.com What you will need: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing, Data Analytics, Innovation/Entrepreneurship), Information Systems, Technical Writing, or related field - Strong academic achievement - Excellent written and verbal communication in person, through email and via telephone - Energy and desire to make numerous calls daily - Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, partners and Acxiom associates - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - Strong attention to detail and process - Dedicated work ethic What will set you apart: - Digital and advertising experience - Facebook Blueprint certification PRIMARY LOCATION CITY/STATE: Conway, Arkansas Acxiom is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer (AA/EOE/W/M/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.
