The Assistant Director of Digital Media assists the Producer/Director of Digital Media in the production of digital media including video production, digital print, audio production, and photography. The Assistant Director of Digital Media will work closely with the Executive Assistant of the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Executive Officer, the Producer/Director of Digital Media, the Business Development and Marketing team to produce digital media assets for use in new campaigns for various platforms such as social media, television, and radio.--Benefits For Full-Time Employees:--Competitive pay10 days paid vacation10 holidays/ 3 sick days per yearMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits--with NO monthly premium for employee401K with a company match of up to 3%Employer paid accident & life Insurance------Duties & Responsibilities:----Assist the Producer/Director in working with the Business Development and Marketing team in the development of digital media assets to be utilized by the above-mentioned departments. Assist in the management of complex digital media production while working closely with the business development and marketing departments. Keep abreast of digital media production, design, and advertising trends.Coordinate with internal staff and external agencies to translate marketing strategies into the production of all digital media assets, audio, visual and print production. Work with Marketing staff to create digital media assets for online campaigns, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions as designated by the CEO.Manage all areas of pre-production, production and post-production that would include script writing, scheduling, set building, casting, and costume design.Create, design, and build sets, costumes, and props.Partner with Leadership to strategize and implement applicable test campaigns, analyze campaign performance across key metrics and ensure flawless execution.Assists the Media Producer/Director as the AD on all production shoots including overseeing cast and crew as directed by the Producer/Director.Other duties as assigned. Required education and experience: --4 + years of Digital Media production and management or similar role.Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Production or Film Production with an emphasis in Digital Media related field.Familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.Possess CPR/First Aid certification.
