Job Description Job Description We are a busy team-oriented shop
in East Sacramento. We are looking to hire an upbeat Service
Advisor for our staff. Our company is growing fast. This is an
independent automotive repair center that provides a comprehensive
list of repairs and services and has an IMMEDIATE opening for an
experienced Service Advisor. The service advisor is the face of the
business and should have strong customer service and communication
skills. Using these skills, the service writer should be able to
determine the customer's repair/maintenance needs while making the
customer feel confident in our ability to meet their needs. The
Service Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to
customers and helps identify, confirm, and offer a resolution to
customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer
and technician, ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the
technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are
understood by the customer. Experience in the automotive field is

Qualifications. $55,000 - $95,000 a year Compensation: $55,000
Responsibilities: Maintain the service department schedule and slot
appointments for vehicle repairs Leverage automotive technology and
product knowledge to clearly address customer needs and share the
status of service appointments Manage all automotive paperwork,
including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records Verify
warranty protections, review service contract coverage, create cost
estimates, and all other documentation to facilitate vehicle
service work Follow up after completed service appointments to
ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle repairs Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer
programs is necessary Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Work history should include a service advisor role or other
employment-related to automotive technology Excellent
organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are
necessary A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving
record is required Friendly personality with great customer service
skills. We use Tekmetric, Autops, Ondemand, and Steer. Ability to
organize, dispatch, and maximize shop output. Communication skills
that lead to additional sales without pressuring the customer. Team
player with self-motivation. Good telephone skills and the ability
