Aide Subs Needed Flexible, Per Diem School-Based Opportunities in

enjoying flexible, as-needed assignments. Instructional Aides play
a vital role in fostering academic, behavioral, and social growth
for students, making a meaningful difference in their daily school
experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide academic and behavioral
support individually or in small groups as directed by teachers and
staff - Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and
classroom engagement - Implement behavior support plans and follow
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when applicable - Support
students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
at all times Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years - Compliance with TB testing and any
school district health requirements - Physical ability to stand,
walk, and assist with lifting when necessary - Current clearances
or willingness to obtain before starting Preferred Experience: -
Background in school settings, special education, behavioral
health, or child care - Experience supporting students with special
needs, autism, or behavioral challenges - Training or certification
in CPI, PMT, or RBT is beneficial but not mandatory - Dependable,
