**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Blockchain Creative Labs are a team of innovators looking to bring Web 3 to the wider world. Our team has already brought cutting edge technology to millions of users and major brands. After a stellar success at South by Southwest, collaborating with stars like Dolly Parton, we are looking for talented, product focused research engineers to join our team.

**REQUIREMENTS**

- Experience working with or researching blockchain technology, either independently, at University or with a previous company

- Strong CS fundamentals, data structures & algorithms and distributed computing
- Understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem (or similar) and smart contracts
- Experience developing with frontend technologies (such as React), and smart contracts (Solidity/Vyper/Rust)
- The drive to independently propose, build and test a product concept, gather and present feedback
- Experience working with an agile and lean focused framework

**A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Independently propose, build and test a product concept, gather and present feedback

- Track all major developments in the Web 3.0 space, including DeFi and NFTs/media, generate unique insights and propose potential solutions
- Work closely with the product team on building on the future of Web 3
- Develop and deploy end to end solutions with smart contracts on major blockchains like Ethereum, Solana or Polygon
