Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
MIG/TIG Welder to join their team. As a MIG/TIG Welder, you will be
part of the manufacturing department supporting production and
fabrication teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
MIG/TIG Welder Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Pay Range: $22 - $24
Shift: Day Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:40pm What's the Job? Perform
high-quality MIG and TIG welds across various alloys, gauges, and
positions. Select appropriate gas, wire, and settings for each
welding process to ensure optimal results. Use oxy-acetylene and
plasma torches for cutting materials as needed. Read and interpret
blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and schematics to accurately
fabricate and repair metal components. Inspect welds visually to
ensure quality and identify any defects, maintaining safety and
quality standards. What's Needed? Ability to read and understand
welding blueprints and written instructions. Strong knowledge of
MIG & TIG welding processes. Capability to achieve or maintain
forklift certification. Ability to obtain D1.1 or D1.3 structural
welding certifications as needed. Experience with multi-pass welds,
stack-ups, and welding up to 2-inch deep holes. What's in it for
