    We will hire either an Account Manager or a Loan Servicing Coordinator depending upon applicable experience.

    Brief look at some of the duties for each role:

    The Account Manager provides loan operational support to branch and department personnel. The Account Manager may assist branch personnel and customers directly with loan servicing related questions and research. The Account Manager may review and process various reports and queries, file maintenance requests, credit reporting disputes, secondary market activities and loan certifications. The Account Manager may oversee escrow activities, insurance follow up and payment processing. The Account Manager may respond to audit requests, oversee loan compliance activities and work on special projects as requested by management.

    Major Responsibilities
    • Assists branch and department personnel regarding loan operational procedures, customer support, compliance, legal and system related issues.
    • Assists branch and department personnel in researching and resolving loan related questions and disputes.
    • Assists with training on a variety of loan operational, loan compliance and loan related activities as required.
    • Assesses adherence to established operating policies and procedures and provides ongoing training and feedback.
    • Develops, maintains and publishes loan operational procedures documentation. Researches and documents new processes and procedures required as a result of new product and service programs or new compliance requirements.
    • Develops and modifies other support materials as needed.
    • Serves as a project leader or team member as assigned for ongoing product development and system implementations.
    • Represents Loan Operations on various committees including forms and compliance.
    • Adheres to the Bank's published Service Level Standards that govern all Banks' support areas.
    • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
      Education, Experience And Other Skills Required
      • High school degree or GED required.
      • 2 years of loan servicing or equivalent work experience required.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Excellent organizational skills to accommodate involvement in multiple areas.
      • Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs.
      • Familiarity with lending related terms, concepts and software.
        Physical Requirements
        • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
          Loan Servicing Coordinator

          Position Summary

          The Loan Servicing Coordinator processes exception loan payments, processes loan payoffs and processes the Loan Payment by Phone report. Researches and solves problems relating to such payments. The Loan Servicing Coordinator will research and resolve items on Posting Reject Journal and Unapplied Funds Report. The coordinator must also perform a variety of clerical and other duties related to the processing of loans.

          Major Responsibilities
          • Provides exceptional customer service to branch personnel and outside customers.
          • Processes exception loan payments, loan payoffs, & Loan Payment by Phone Report. Researches and solves problems relating to such payments.
          • Researches and resolves items on the Posting Reject Journal and Unapplied Funds report.
          • Manages various daily Signature queries & Nautilus reports that are time sensitive, including but not limited to: Matured Loan query, Automatic Loan Payment Exception Journal.
          • Prepares Demand Statements/Partials.
          • Process Authorization to Charge Deposit Account (Tel-7) call back/scanning to Accusystems
          • Process Construction Loan Disbursement requests.
          • Process incoming wires for loan related activity.
            Some Other Responsibilities
            • Answers phone inquiries from branches.
            • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
              Education, Experience And Other Skills Required
              • High school diploma or GED required.
              • Good organizational skills to accommodate involvement in multiple areas.
              • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
              • Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows driven programs.
              • 1 year experience processing loans or equivalent work experience. Ability to learn and understand Tri Counties Bank policies and procedures.
              • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
              • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.

                • Maintain a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures, in compliance with all state and federal laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (CIP, SARs, OFAC), Truth in Lending (Reg Z), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (Reg C), Fair Credit Reporting Act, Unfair Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (Reg X), Service Members Civil Relief Act, Homeowners Protection Act (PMI Cancellation Act), Cosigner Notice Regulations, Flood Insurance, Information Security Guidelines, and Identity Theft Red Flags.
