• Start Date
  • 4/15 - 10/31
    • Takes approx. 5 weeks to credential
    • Full-time, need to be available M-F
    • Schedule
      • Schedule: Monday to Friday
      • Hours
        • MWF: 7a-3p
        • T/TH: 8a-4p
        • Clinical Details
          • Anticoagulation Clinic on hospital campus
          • Will work under the direction of Radiology Med Director and assigned Interventional Radiologist
          • Provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventative healthcare service as delegated by physician
          • Prefer previous experience in Anticoagulation Management Therapy setting, but this is not required
          • This position will not require inpatient rounding or suturing.
          • There are between 30-56 patients a day. The RN's are the ones that see all the patients.
          • The NP will dose the out of range in clinic patients, do 0-2 telehealth visits by phone, give dosing instructions to Home Care patients, and dose patient self-testers.
          • Requirements
            • One-year clinical experience as an APP
            • Must have active CA license
            • Board Certified NP
            • DEA must remain in CA for duration of active privileges
            • Active BLS
            • Meets Centers for MediCal and Medicaid Services (CMS) criteria to bill Medicare
