Key Responsibilities
Manage projects of $1M+ in revenue, ensuring financial accuracy and
client satisfaction
Lead project delivery, including scheduling, resource management,
and risk identification
Oversee team performance and development, providing direction and
conducting performance reviews
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in leading marketing, design, or digital
projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment
Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on
project management, marketing, or a related field
Extensive expertise in project management methodologies and
tools
Experience managing small to medium-scale clients, including
budgets and resource planning
Familiarity with agile methodologies and alternative approaches to
project management
