Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic account plans to enhance customer
satisfaction and monitor account health
Manage ongoing account business, contractual obligations, and
organize steering committee meetings
Identify growth opportunities and develop action plans to increase
project portfolios and licensing opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a Life Science subject area (e.g., genetics,
biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
5-10 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry, with a
preference for sales experience
Customer-facing attitude with the ability to build trust-based
relationships
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex
deals
Strong business awareness and commercial competence in positioning
products/services
