Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance (Duals & D-SNP
Product).
Key Responsibilities
Manage compliance functions including regulatory and D-SNP contract
review, monitoring, and auditing activities
Oversee the approval and submission of D-SNP State Medicaid Agency
contract and regulatory reports
Design and implement processes to prevent and respond to compliance
issues related to federal and state regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Compliance, or
related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in compliance, including risk assessment and
auditing processes
Experience with D-SNP SMAC and regulatory requirements
Medicare managed health experience
