Serve as a subject matter expert for ancillary benefits and
marketing team operations
Coach and mentor team members while empowering their career

Manage RFP activities and ensure team adherence to best practices
and SLAs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a marketing analyst or carrier
underwriting role
Deep understanding of ancillary products, services, and
broker/carrier operations
Active life, accident, and health license
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing
priorities
