Peach Tree - Live Oak

• FT/PT
• Hours: Four 10-hour shifts or Five 8-hour shifts for Full-time; Part-time varies
• Employed

• Average Patients seen: 20
• Call Schedule: Minimal after-hours call; one week a month
• Loan Repayment
• Sign-On Bonus: $10000
• Compensation: $263,836 base salary + volume based bonuses. Additional $2,000 stipend for rural location.
