Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, build, test, and troubleshoot medication-related work
within the Epic Willow suite
Collaborate with pharmacy informatics personnel for integrated
solutions and maintain order sets and formulary changes
Act as a liaison between pharmacy and IT, and participate in
relevant committees
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Epic certification in supported modules or certification within 6
months of employment
Experience with regulatory interpretation and system monitoring
Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy or equivalent in
the working state
At least two years of experience in a hospital pharmacy with
increasing responsibility
