      • Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience required.
      • Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC preferred.

      • Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills.
      • Flexibility to float to similar units if needed.Job Responsibilities:
        • Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
        • Perform rapid assessment, triage, treatment, and stabilization of emergency patients.
        • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient care.
        • Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and respond to life-threatening emergencies.
        • Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately in the Epic system.
