Job Description:

The ideal candidate: --- Must love to work with the 0-5 population and have your own transportation. --- New grads are welcome to apply, with pediatric intern experience --- Direct supervision is provided. We offer a supportive, caring and flexible company. --- Caseload includes on-going treatments for in-home early intervention, telehealth as needed and/or clinic- based children, depending on your preference and expertise. --- Caseload may range from 0-18 years of age. Responsibilities include: --- Treatment planning --- Collaboration with professionals --- Provides accurate, timely documentation of occupational therapy sessions --- Regularly assesses clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progress of patient towards goals, the need for modifying goals and treatment --- Supervision of PTAs --- Evaluations, progress reports Qualifications Requirements: Education: --- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or equivalent experience) from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Required Licensure and Documentation: --- Current CPR certification --- Current TB test --- Valid Driver's License --- Valid car insurance--- Clean DMV record --- Livescan clearance --- 3 work related references (will not be contacted without permission) Required Experience: --- Experience working with children Additional Skills: --- Must possess reliable transportation --- Excellent communication skills --- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, comfortable with electronic documentation --- Ability to access and communicate via email Job Type: Full-time Medical specialties: --- Pediatrics License/Certification: --- California Physical Therapy License Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $91,950 - $105,500 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
