Requirements:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE-accredited college or
university.
3 years of experience within the last 5 years as an infectious
disease clinical pharmacist OR completion of a post-graduate year
two specialty pharmacy practice residency in Infectious
Diseases.
License: active, unrestricted, unincumbered
U.S. citizenship or work authorization required
position contingent on contract award .
