Opportunity : seeking Locums General Dentist Start Date: July 28th, 2025 - ongoing Mon-Friday 8-5 50/50 kids/adults Provider must be willing to work 3 months minimum with the option to extend. No exceptions. Chart closure within 72 hours A decision is typically made within 7-14 days Active DEA needed before start Credentialing takes 30-60 days (six weeks is standard for Locums who submit app./documents timely) The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years).
