Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/08/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Unit: Family Birthing Center (L&D: 4 beds, MB: 8 beds) Shift: 12 hrs (6:45p–7:15a), no self-scheduling, posted 6 weeks ahead Duration: 13 weeks Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Adv. Fetal Monitoring Experience: 2 years L&D required Ratios: L&D 1:2 / 1:1 active, MB 1:4 (couplets) Orientation: 2–3 days w/ preceptor Holiday RTO: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays; requests considered, not guaranteed Refs: 2 required—1 within 12 mo, 1 within 3 yrs (charge accepted) EMR: Cerner Float: None Scrubs: Provided Support: No nurse aides, RT 24/7, limited pharmacy hours, OB/Anesthesia on-call at night Other: Must be strong in emergencies & work independently Prescreens: Med/Sol Clinical.
