Registered Nurse/PCU: Duration:13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30) Description: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurses care for patients requiring close monitoring and intermediate care between ICU and med-surg units. They manage cardiac drips, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in patient conditions. Nurses administer medications, assist with procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Patient education and family support are also key responsibilities. Ratios: 1:4 Years of experience REQ: 2 years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Two weekends per pay period Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, NIH Is on-call REQ:No Will this traveler need to float between like units: Yes, may float to other units, but need is significant enough floating would be rare Open to accommodating block schedule: No Locals accepted: No Pending License accepted: No RTO restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
