You may also need to perform staff duties as required. You will take on managerial tasks as directed by the Operating Room Manager and will be accountable for fiscal responsibility in all aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for orienting new coworkers and permanent team members alongside the Resource Coordinator and the Operating Room Nurse Clinician. Your role will support the continuous enhancement of quality and service, ensuring our commitment to excellence in clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. You will embody fairness, integrity, and compassion in all interactions. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of RN experience in the Operating Room is required. Required Education: Graduation from an accredited RN program is necessary. Preferred Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association is required.
