Key Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients' speech,
language, and swallowing needs Develop and implement individualized

outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance

therapy techniques and progress Participate in interdisciplinary
meetings and discharge planning Requirements Active California SLP
license (or eligibility to obtain) Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates considered
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
