What You’ll Do: Improving Performance: Cultivate a culture focused on excellence, ensuring organizational and department policies are current and adhered to, and champion quality improvement processes. Communication: Foster open, honest, and respectful exchanges, effectively communicate strategic initiatives, and encourage collaborative decision-making. Fiscal Stewardship: Take charge of the fiscal management of departments, formulate and defend annual budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies. Competency: Develop a nurturing work environment promoting growth and accountability, assess staff development needs, and support employee growth. Planning: Drive strategic and operational plans aligning with the mission, vision, and values, anticipate changes, and promote integration with community resources. What You’ll Bring: Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required, Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Experience: 10 years in acute healthcare care management, 8 years in leadership, knowledge of payer billing, regulatory requirements, and clinical assessments. Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, resource availability, family development, statistical data analysis, and care management techniques. Why Join Us?
