This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Physical Therapists in providing high-quality therapy services and supporting patient recovery in a collaborative clinical environment. Assignment Details Position Type: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Department: Rehabilitation / Therapy Services Order Type: Assignment Responsibilities Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities Observe and document patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist Educate patients on exercises, positioning, and safety techniques Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility policies Qualifications Active PTA license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or long-term care preferred Strong communication and patient-care skills Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
