Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – Northern California Start Date: February 2, 2026 Location: Chico, California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts in a 12-bed Level II Trauma Neuro/Trauma Surgical ICU with 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio Highlights: Specialized neuro and trauma patient population with advanced critical care interventions Experience managing ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains in a high-acuity setting Level II Trauma Center environment offering diverse and challenging critical care cases EPIC electronic medical record system in use Float opportunities to Cardiovascular Unit, Telemetry Care Unit, ICU/CCU, and Med/Surg as needed Travel nursing assignment with competitive benefits Requirements: Minimum 5 years of acute critical care nursing experience Level II Trauma critical care experience required Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC charting system Active California RN license in good standing Current BLS and ACLS certifications Previous travel nursing experience required Must be available as a W-2 employee Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic Level II Trauma center where you'll care for complex neuro and trauma patients using cutting-edge critical care techniques.
