Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - General/Other Location: Eureka, CA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty State CA Location 2700 Dolbeer St, Eureka, CA 95501 Requirements LOCUM- Neurosurgery Please ensure bids reflect the following: Guaranteed hours: 8 hours per day OT to apply after 9 hours per day We are looking for 1-2 providers who can cover the dates below. Provider will be expected to cover both clinic and call coverage during these stints. Provider will be expected to be in clinic and on call from 830am-5pm on weekdays (this will be billed at the regular hourly rate, call responsibility during the day is included in that regular rate paid). They will then be on night call from 5pm-8:30am the next day (billed at the night call rate). Weekends will be 24hr call coverage. We would like to note they may not be in clinic all 5 days during the dates listed but it is a possibility. May 17-25 June 1-8 July 3-10 July 20-27 August 17-24 Sept 21-28 Oct 26-Nov 2 Nov 9-16 Dec 21-28 Dec 28-Jan 4, 2027 Potential for more dates to be offered. Will see complex spine cases No airway certifications required Requirements: FLURO certification is required (they can have the temp FLURO) Active CA License and CA DEA Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency We will need providers to submit during the privileging process 100 cases within the past 24 months specific to the privileges being requested. OT must be approved by clinical operations. Please note that the privileging timeline will not begin until the RFA and application are turned back in. Typical turn around for RFA is 48-72 hours. Application should be submitted within 5 days. Typical privileging timeline is 90 days. Once the file is completed, we can look at temporary privilege eligibility. All specialties require 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty. Gaps greater than 3 months must be explained. Include current number of case logs upon presentation for surgical specialties.
