Shift Type: Three 12-hour night shifts per week (days vary), 7:00
PM - 7:30 AM (Night) Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per

Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
in fast-paced ER and ICU environments Assess, triage, and stabilize
critically ill or injured patients with confidence Collaborate
closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the
interdisciplinary team to execute patient care plans Monitor
patient status, interpret vital signs and labs, and intervene
promptly when conditions change Document care accurately and timely
in the electronic medical record Educate patients and families
about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care with clarity and
empathy Participate in unit safety initiatives and quality
improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes Qualifications
Active California RN license required BLS and ACLS certifications
required and current Experience in Emergency Room and/or Intensive
Care Unit settings preferred Comfort with 12-hour night shifts and
ability to function in high-acuity situations Proof of negative TB
screen within 12 months of contract start date required Strong
critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Knowledge &
Skills Emergency triage and rapid assessment skills Critical care
fundamentals including ventilator basics and hemodynamic monitoring
ACLS protocols and advanced cardiac care knowledge Effective
patient and family communication under stress Proficient
documentation and familiarity with common EMR workflows Ability to
prioritize tasks in a dynamic clinical environment Benefits
