build healthy and full lives. What You Will Do: The successful
candidate will be willing and able to: Provide direct medical care
to patients in underserved communities, including physical exams,
medication management, and referrals to other medical providers.
Build relationships with patients and work to understand their
needs. Connect patients to other resources in the community, such
as housing, food, and employment. Advocate for patients' rights and
work to improve the quality of their lives. Participate in outreach
and education activities to raise awareness of the health needs of
patients in underserved communities. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date medical records. Complete all required paperwork and

Benefits are available to employees working 30 hours per week ,
effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Compensation Disclosure: MD/DO: $212,160 - $275,808 annually &
NP/PA: $131,040 - $170,352 annually The compensation range listed
reflects Elica’s good-faith estimate of the anticipated hiring
range for this position in accordance with California pay
transparency requirements. Final compensation will be determined
based on job-related factors, including relevant experience,
education, certifications, skills, and qualification. Language
Skills (Preferred): Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish are
preferred to support the needs of the communities we serve, where
more than 50% of patients report a primary language other than
English. Requirements: Nurse Practitioner: Current California
RN/NP/NPF License. Current Nurse Practitioner board certification.
At least 1-2 years of clinical experience working with underserved,
low-income persons or homeless persons preferred. Current BLS and
DEA certification Bilingual in English and Russian, Farsi,
Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish speaking preferred Physician Assistant:
California Physician Assistant License Physician Assistant
Certificate NCCPA board certification At least 1-2 years of
clinical experience working with underserved, low-income persons or
homeless persons preferred. Current BLS and DEA certification
Bilingual in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish
speaking preferred MD/ DO: Must be board certified or eligible in
Internal, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics Fully licensed to practice
in the state of California with no restrictions At least 1-2 years
of clinical experience working with underserved, low-income persons
or homeless persons preferred. Current BLS and DEA certification
Bilingual in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish
speaking preferred Additional Requirements Must have a current and
valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof
of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working
hours. If selected for an employment opportunity with Elica Health

(Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella & Tetanus), tuberculosis clearance,
and proof of COVID-19 vaccination status* prior to their scheduled

Requirements and Work Environment: The work environment is
characteristic of a medical clinic environment inside a Mobile
Clinic unit. Mobile Medicine requires comfort providing medical
care outside of the usual clinic setting. Resources may be limited
compared to a fixed-site office clinic, diagnostic testing,
supplies and equipment, and space. There may be increased exposure
to outside elements, including sun, heat, cold, and rain. Employees
will be expected to dress and prepare accordingly. The physical
demands described here are representative of those that must be met
by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of
this job . While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel. The
employee is also required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and
arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20
pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The
employee must also possess hearing and speech to communicate in
person and over the phone. The noise level in the work environment
