Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. Responsibilities - Implement treatment plans as established by the supervising Physical Therapist - Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities - Monitor patient progress and report changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist - Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment Qualifications - Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program - Current PTA license in the state of employment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Towne U.S. LLC Job ID 17823648.
