Position Highlights Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty medical group Scope: Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism focus Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work-Life Balance: No weekends and no inpatient call Demand: Busy practice due to limited endocrinology providers in the region Extras: Optional academic opportunity and J-1 visa sponsorship available Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary starting at $250,000/year (negotiable) Base salary plus productivity bonus Health Insurance: Self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider Retirement: 401(k) CME allowance Relocation reimbursement Sign-on bonus Malpractice insurance coverage About Shasta Regional Medical Center Shasta Regional Medical Center is a 226-bed acute care facility serving Northern California, offering comprehensive services including emergency medicine, surgery, cardiovascular care, and neurosciences.
