Shasta Regional Medical Center is a 226-bed acute care facility serving Northern California, is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our group as a key partner . This role is open to both full-time and locums coverage , with flexible scheduling and multiple employment options. Position Details Employer: Far Northern Anesthesia Consultants, supporting Shasta Regional Medical Center Practice Scope: General Anesthesia Cardiac, Orthopedic, General, and Thoracic Surgery Exclusions: No Trauma, OB, or Pediatrics Role: Key Partner opportunity from Day 1 Schedule: MondayFriday (7:00 AM4:00 PM or 10:00 AM7:00 PM) Call: Flexible and negotiable Employment Models: Permanent (Full-time) or Locums; W-2 or 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $450,000 - $550,000/year (negotiable) productivity bonus (based on collections) Health Insurance: Self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider Retirement Plan: 401(k) CME Allowance Relocation Reimbursement & Sign-on Bonus About Shasta Regional Medical Center Shasta Regional Medical Center is a 226-bed acute care facility serving Northern California, offering comprehensive services including emergency medicine, surgery, cardiovascular care, and neurosciences.
