Job Description Urology Partnership with Physician Owned
Practice Metro Sacramento, 1 Hour to Napa Join an established
well-respected multispecialty group of 150 clinicians (roughly 100
physicians and 50 APPs/other professionals) that has been caring
for its residents for over 100 years. Physician owned and operated.
Incoming physicians will be a pre-shareholder for the first 2
years, then they are invited to become shareholders. The
shareholder contract is evergreen. Each shareholder owns 1 share;
everyone is equal. Only an hour to Napa and a two-hour drive to the
Lake Tahoe area takes you to the highest concentration of ski
resorts in the country, with record-breaking annual snowfall and
views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada mountains. About the
Position : • Average patients per day = 17 • 1 – 1 ½ Procedure Days
Per Week in Clinic (average 10-12 procedures/day) • OR/Procedure
days versus clinic: 1-1.5 procedure days per week in office • 1-2
OR day per week (average 4-5 procedures/day) • 1-3 days per month
in ASC • Call requirement: 7 days per month- must live within 30
minutes of the hospital • Cystoscopy, Prostate Biopsy, Urodynamics
performed in office • Types of cases include Voiding Dysfunction,
Incontinence, Hematuria, BPH, Stones, Elevated PSA, Recurrent UTI,
Bladder & Kidney Tumor • Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy
(ESWL) available. • Holmium & Thulium Laser, Transperineal Prostate
Biopsy, Prostate Fusion Equipment • Cerner EMR • In process of
adding Robotics • Diverse patient population / agriculture to
college professors • Additional language skills a plus: Spanish,
Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin Opportunity Perks : • Employment with 2
Year Partnership Track • Salary guarantee of $533,095 for 18 months
• Productivity Model (WRVU) Starting month 19 • Sign on bonus
$40,000 • Relocation of $20,000 Paid to Physician • 6 weeks’ time
off first 2 years, 8 weeks starting year 3 • Medical Malpractice &
CME Allowance • Benefits include: o 100% of Medical, Dental, Vision
