Job Description Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified, General Neurologist to join a dedicated and compassionate group of providers in Eureka, CA. The Value of Working with Us - Ideal candidate is a full-spectrum general Neurologist - Interpretation of EEG and performance of electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCV) preferred but not required - Focus on sleep medicine is not preferred but may be able to be accommodated - Hospital has Telestroke for TPA cases - Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time - Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perks and annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career - Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package - H1-B visa candidates supported O1/J1 visa candidates considered - Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program - Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust student loan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates - Compensation is between $325,125 and $355,125 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
