manage a diverse cardiac population in a specialized 30-bed unit.
This position is perfect for a Critical Care nurse who thrives in a
fast-paced environment with a focus on post-surgical recovery and

maintained for quality care) Shift: Day Shift | 36 Hours Guaranteed
Fast-Track: ASAP Start Date Role Highlights: Comprehensive Cardiac
Care: Provide medical and surgical care for high-acuity patients,
including Post-CABG, carotid endarterectomy, and Acute MI.
Specialized Procedures: Manage post-pacemaker insertions,
arrhythmia detection, and complex CHF or pneumonia cases. Acuity
Management: Monitor stable patients with high potential for
instability, requiring complex interventions and advanced nursing
judgment. Collaborative Floating: Must be willing to support the
facility by floating to other units, including Med-Surg, as needed.
Mandatory Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent
Critical Care experience. Tech Skills: Proficiency with EPIC
charting is required. Licensure: Active California (CA) RN License.
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS. Scope: Comfortable treating
populations ranging from young adults to geriatrics. Location
