Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Sacramento Home-based | Up to $95,000 | 25 Billables If you enjoy the clinical side of in-home work but find the logistics often make the week harder than it needs to be, this role is worth a closer look. We are working with a provider in Sacramento that has structured their in-home services to make the work sustainable. Caseloads are kept geographically tight and sessions run mainly during daytime hours, making it realistic to reach billables without spending large parts of the week travelling between appointments. This role keeps you close to the work that matters. You will oversee clinical quality across your cases, conduct assessments and FBAs, guide treatment planning, and mentor Program Managers and Interventionists so standards remain consistent across the team.
