Job Description Job Summary and Responsibilities Mercy Radiology
Group, a large well-established and physician-owned radiology
practice, is seeking talented Radiologists to join our expanding
team in Redding, California. This is an exceptional opportunity to

community. POSITION: We encourage applications from radiologists
with expertise in Body, Breast, MSK, Neuro, Nuclear Medicine,
and/or Pediatric imaging. Enjoy a flexible hybrid work model with a
mix of onsite and remote responsibilities. Achieve a healthy

recreational opportunities. Schedule 8a-5:30p, 4 days/week
Full-time and part-time positions available Opportunity will vary
based on specialty and may include advanced outpatient imaging,
ER/inpatient radiology, general radiology, and remote clinical work
from home. PRACTICE: Partnership track opportunities available

operated Financially stable and successful organization that has
been in existence for several decades. Second largest private
practice in Northern California Low turnover COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
Competitive Compensation: $500,000 - $550,000 with partnership
profit distribution of approximately $100,000. Total base annual
partner compensation = $650,000 Significant opportunities for
internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per-click
compensation. $75,000 sign-on bonus (for full-time) Relocation
bonus available CME stipend and annual home/personal equipment
budget Comprehensive Benefits: fully paid top-tier health
insurance, malpractice insurance, and “supermatch” 401k plan. 8
weeks vacation PSLF Eligibility: This position meets eligibility
for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Job
Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology. Strong
clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability and
willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred. Where
