Radiation Therapist Location: Eureka, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,290 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Radiation Therapist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Radiation Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Valid CA License required Certifications: BLS, ARRT T Must-Have: - Previous Charge Experience: 1 year - Experience with Epic charting system Description: This position includes a day shift with 8-hour working hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. Candidates must be willing to float between similar units as needed. The facility can call off staff once during a two-week pay period. Travelers must be willing to work during two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. The role requires specific skills such as Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT), and various competencies in patient care and treatment simulation. Candidates will receive training on required equipment as needed. Interdisciplinary support is available from various specialized services. Travelers must have two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable specialty or setting.
