A beautiful coastal community healthcare center in northern California is seeking a talented and compassionate Pediatrician to join their dynamic team of 5 providers. As a vital member of their healthcare organization, you‘ll play a crucial role in providing top-quality services to the entire community that offers a great work-life balance and a patient-focused mindset. Practice Details: • Outpatient practice serving ages 0-21, general well-child visits, acute and chronic conditions. • Low volume, see 14-16 patients per day. • No Call, No Rounding, No Attending Deliveries. • Epic EMR. • Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation. Compensation and Benefits: • Guaranteed base salary range is $310,000-$400,000 $100,000 Sign-On Bonus. • Quality and relocation bonuses available. • Eligible for the state loan forgiveness programs. • Comprehensive, Enhanced Benefits Package - Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K, 7 weeks total PTO, and CME.
