Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

As a Medical Hematologist/Oncologist, you will oversee both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services. The infusion center provides a range of treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood/platelet transfusions, hormone therapy, and more. This position promises an engaging clinical scope covering all aspects of diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment of hematology/oncology patients.

Schedule and Assignment Details

The position offers a predictable weekday schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The assignment starts as soon as credentialing is complete, with potential dates spanning from April to August, allowing for flexibility and continuity in coverage. This locum role is designed to address the current shortage of providers, ensuring you are stepping into a critical and appreciated role.

Support and Work Environment

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology or Hematology is required.
• Must possess a valid California medical license and DEA certification.

• Submit a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of application.
