    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1-2 years retail management experience.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Basic computer skills and understanding of mathematics.
    • Strong customer service orientation, sales report analysis, and problem-solving skills.
    • Physical ability to stand, maneuver weights up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks like bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
