Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor
costs Create and maintain staff operation schedules Supervise
current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance
standards and hire and train new staff Oversee all food and
beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule,
customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development Collaborate
with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and
appropriate pricing structures Qualifications: High school graduate
or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred At least
3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department
National food and health safety regulations knowledge Experience
with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
Food handling license About Company Our Redding Hotel is near the
