We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as the Director of Human Resources (DHR). The Director of Human Resources champions the employee experience, development, and culture across all Life-Assist work locations throughout the United States. Keep reading: What will you do? Lead the Human Resources department and operate as part of the company’s Leadership Team. Manage all aspects of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, engagement programs, performance culture, and workforce planning in partnership with executive leadership to create the exceptional employment experience. Design and deliver leadership development and training programs. Advise executive leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Who are you? BS/BA degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education. SPHR certified in human resources 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience 5 years of leadership experience Proven ability to build and scale HR functions in a growing company operating in a multi-state environment.
