Technical Writer (SaaS)

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Writer (SaaS) on a contract basis (25-30 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities

Develop structured documentation in PDF and slide formats for Expense Reimbursements and Invoice Automation
Translate complex technical functionality into clear, SC-consumable content
Collaborate with subject matter experts across SC, Product, and Marketing teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years as a technical writer in a B2B SaaS environment (preferably in finance, travel, or ERP domains)
Portfolio of work that includes customer-facing technical guides or SC enablement collateral
Proficiency in tools like Google Docs/Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Confluence (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with Highspot or similar sales enablement tools is a plus
