In this role, the Internet Tech will install, maintain, and repair internet systems, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing connectivity issues. Install and configure residential and business internet systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to connectivity and network configuration. Regularly inspect and maintain internet hardware and associated devices. Educate customers on system capabilities and maintenance procedures. Work closely with IT teams to optimize network performance and ensure security protocols are met. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and service records. Stay current with the latest internet technologies and advancements. Strong understanding of wired and wireless network technologies. Proficiency in troubleshooting routers, modems, and other networking devices. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse clients. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CompTIA Network certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
