We’re hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals to support production and logistics operations for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. Steady, full-time hours with overtime opportunities Clean, safety-driven manufacturing environment Opportunity for long-term hire-in Work with modern material-handling equipment Supportive, team-focused culture Key Responsibilities Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, tuggers, and other material-handling equipment Deliver and collect carts, pallets, totes, and materials throughout the facility Perform scanning transactions and material movements accurately Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and hazardous material procedures Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report any issues or concerns Maintain clean work areas in accordance with 5S and TPM standards Assist with training new team members Participate in continuous improvement efforts and team initiatives Support special projects and additional tasks as needed What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Basic English proficiency Ability to follow safety procedures and standardized work instructions Preferred (but not required): Prior forklift or tugger experience Familiarity with SAP or inventory systems Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices or ISO standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and carry up to 35–50 lbs occasionally Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with frequent movement and equipment use Why Work for Qualified Staffing?
