The Project Engineer (PE) position will support the assigned
project manager to coordinate and drive projects through selection,
design, and construction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the delivery team and Project Manager with management of
engineering, construction, and closeout.
Coordinate with other PG&E departments to arrange meetings
as required to meet the
needs of the program and projects.
Ensure the correct team members are coordinated for each meeting
and ensure the
necessary materials are available.
Travel to meetings within the Butte Rebuild territory as
necessary to meet the needs of the
programs and projects.
Provide miscellaneous reports as requested.
Coordinate meetings and issues with the Town, County, joint
utilities and other entities as
needed to coordinate projects.
Support the Project Managers with other duties as required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college
Experience working on related electrical projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic experience with regard to budgeting, tracking and trending
Basic understanding of project scheduling
