Job Description Immediate opening A fast-growing, locally owned solar installation company is in need of a full-time Solar PV System Designer to add to our team. The Solar PV System Designer will use drafting software, energy analysis software, and other information to design a solar system based on the needs of each individual customer and should possess mechanical aptitude with the ability to complete basic mathematical calculations, the ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and have good organizational skills. Knowledge in the following is preferred: -CAD/Google Sketch-up/Architectural Software knowledge -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -The ability to preform mathematical equations. -Background in Solar is a major plus but not required. Salary will depend on experience and ranges from $48,000 - $58,500 per year. This position also includes paid vacation, health insurance benefits, and retirement plan.
